We have been baking since 1997,
actually for as far back as I can remember. In my previous bakery I won many awards including Best Cupcake in Texas, Best Bakery in Denton County, Best Cupcake in Denton County, Best Cupcake in Collin County, Best Cupcake in North Texas. I had the opportunity to appear on several TV shows, baked for many celebrities events, even baking cupcakes for gender reveal for a well known Cowboy!
Linnybird Bakeshop is a whole new venture! This shop was born from family. I grew up baking with my grandmas and wanted to honor them. When I created this menu I focused on classic recipes with updated flavors and design. Even the name, Linnybird, is from my mom and daughters nickname that my great aunt gave them. You will see my now college aged kids working in the bakery with me. We want to welcome you in like you are are part of our family! We hope you swing by, enjoy a few samples and leave with a smile on your face!
